Thank you for shopping with Éclatelier. Below you'll find all the relevant information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, methods, and expectations. Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our creations, delivery timelines vary by product type.

1. Order Processing Times:

a. Shipping and Payment for Haute Couture Pieces

Our haute couture garments are exquisitely custom-made, meticulously tailored to each client through a personalized and multi-step process, ensuring an unparalleled level of craftsmanship and fit.

 

Process Overview:

  • Design Finalization & Measurements: We begin by finalizing the design details and taking precise measurements.

  • One to Two Fittings: Fittings may take place in-person or virtually, depending on your availability and preferences.

  • Handcrafted Production: Each piece is carefully hand-sewn, requiring between 120 to 250 hours (approximately 4 to 8 weeks), depending on the complexity of the design.

 

Payment Schedule:

  • An initial non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total garment price is required to commence production and secure your place in our couture schedule.

  • Additional payments are due at the time of each fitting, as outlined in your personalized agreement.

  • The final payment must be completed prior to shipment or collection of your finished garment.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping will only occur after the final fitting, garment approval, and full payment have been received.

  • Timelines are customized per client and communicated clearly throughout each stage of the process to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

We will contact you promptly after your order to initiate the fitting and couture process and keep you informed every step of the way.

 

b. Ready-to-Wear (Preorder)

For preorder ready-to-wear pieces, processing and shipping timelines depend on our production schedule with our manufacturing partners. Customers will receive:

  • Confirmation of Order

  • Regular Updates

  • An Estimated Delivery Timeline

Payment will only be processed once your item is ready to ship.

 

c. Ready-to-Wear (In Stock)

For in-stock ready-to-wear items, please allow:

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (U.S. orders)

Total estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship domestically and internationally using trusted shipping providers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days (within the U.S.)

  • Expedited Options: Available at checkout (fees apply)

  • International Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by destination; expect 10–20 business days on average

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed. For couture orders, shipping is invoiced separately after garment completion, and may include handling, insurance, and customs fees.

 

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping costs and vary by country.

 

5. Service Interruptions & Delays

While we strive to meet our stated timelines, Éclatelier is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen global events. In the case of significant delays, we will communicate promptly with you and provide updates.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
