This website is owned and operated by Éclatelier. Through this Site, we offer visitors the ability to browse and purchase luxury fashion items, including ready-to-wear and custom-made couture pieces.

  • You are responsible for reading the full item description before making a commitment to buy.

  • You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and complete the check-out payment process.

a. Payment Terms for Haute Couture Orders

Haute couture garments are custom-designed and crafted exclusively for each client. To begin the production process and ensure commitment, a structured payment schedule applies:

  • Initial Down Payment: A non-refundable deposit  of 50% of the total garment price is required to initiate design and production.

  • Interim Payments: Additional payments are due at the time of fittings as specified in your personalized agreement.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment or collection of the garment.

Production and delivery timelines depend on adherence to the payment schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in delays or cancellation of your order at the sole discretion of Éclatelier.

 

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Couture Pieces: Due to their custom-made nature, returns are not accepted for couture items.

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time, without prior notice. We may also change these Terms from time to time. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Éclatelier and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
